    • Which version of the terms and conditions you have accepted
    • Subscription details: type of subscription / agreement and end date

    • VAT number (if applicable)
    • Purchase order number (if applicable)
    • Payment method
    • Details of your last payment (anonymized)
  3. QR Code Data

    For each QR code you create, we store:

    • Name/title of the QR code
    • Creation date
    • Last modification date
    • QR code type
    • Unique code

    The data processed in the QR code, depending on the type of QR code:

    • Website URL and any parameters and/or UTM tags (type: website / link)
    • Text (type: text)
    • Subject and message (type: SMS, WhatsApp)
    • Phone number (type: SMS, WhatsApp, vCard)
    • Social media profile links (type: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
    • Entered contact details such as: first name, last name, phone number, mobile number, email address, website, company, job title, website (type: vCard)
    • Network name (SSID), network type, and password (type: WiFi)
    • App name (type: App Store)
    • Link to the app in Apple App Store / Google Play Store (type: App Store)
  4. Scan Data

    When your QR codes are scanned, we collect:

    • Date and time of the scan
    • IP address of the scanner
    • Device type used for scanning
    • Location data (if available)
  5. Cookies

    We use:

    • Analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to improve our services
    • Functional cookies to remember your preferences

Why do we process this data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To provide our services (execution of agreement);
    • Enabling account creation and login
    • Generating and managing QR codes
    • Handling billing

    • Analyzing QR code usage

    • Meeting our administrative obligations

How long do we retain your data?

  • Scan data: maximum of 1 year after the scan;
  • Account, payment, and QR code data: as long as you have an active account;
  • After closing your account, we delete your personal data, except for data we must retain longer due to statutory retention periods (such as billing information).

Do we share your data with others?

We do not actively share your personal data with third parties. However, certain parties may have access to your data:

  • Our hosting provider has technical access to the data stored on our servers;
  • Google Analytics for website statistics (anonymized)
